How do I store Hudstone Washing Powder?
When your order arrives, transfer your Washing Powder into an air tight container.
Our calico drawstring bags are compostable, recyclable, reusable and made using 100% recycled cotton. Calico cotton is a natural fabric that is breathable and allows air to circulate through its fibres, so for this reason these bags are not a long-term storage solution.

I have been using Hudstone for a few years now and the results are amazing. I use to smell the toxic chemicals when drying out my clothes, now no chemical smell and it definitely feels nicer on my skin. IV just started using Hudstone powder with my dishwasher as well. Excellent product.
Best washing powder ever, especially for delicate fabrics and sensitive skin. I always put the powder from the Calico bag straight into an airtight container like this Sistema one, and use the little scoop to dispense for each wash. Each bag lasts us around three months so great for our budget. Love it!
I've been using Hudstone products for several years now and wouldn't consider using anything else. I have to admit that I rarely (if ever) sort my washing anymore and the whites come out sparkling and the colours bright and clean. It is also very economical, pure and keeps my washing machine in pristine condition. I highly recommend all Hudstone products.

I LOVE Hudstone double concentrate washing powder!! I was using eucalyptus wash but it wasn't enough to get my shirt collars clean, so I swapped to a regular commercial laundry liquid and in just 4 washes, half of my shirts were damaged on the collar and the cuffs where the harsh chemicals had thinned the fabric. Also, I found I was feeling unwell from the smell of the synthetic perfume. That's when I had a friend recommend Hudstone, I asked... but does it get your business shirts clean? YES!!! I'm so glad I have found a product that not only cleans properly without damaging the fabric but it doesn't leave my house smelling of chemicals!! Thank you to the team at Hudstone for creating a great product.
I only use this washing powder. My daughter used to have terrible skin problems and they have gone with this powder. Highly recommend if you or your children have skin issues.

Love the washing powder, I have sensitive skin kids and this product has been amazing. A little goes a long way which is really impressive and no nasties. I'm converted and love the dishwasher powder as well.
Over the last few years I have been using two different brands of eco friendly clothes detergents and I found them to be pretty good but since discovering Hudson’s laundry powders I have gradually come to prefer them. Firstly because they work really well! Which is the main thing but also because they are uncomplicated to use and store. No tricky and messy filling of glass bottles and counting pumps to use. Just open the calico bag and it’s easy to transfer to my own container, no mess!

Using the pre soaker and the washing powder,both excellent products and the performance of using both together is brilliant.
One tiny scoop is all you need so it lasts for months and whites are white! Reusable bag is an extra bonus. Been using this for a few years including the dishwasher powder and both machines also stay clean with no buildup! Win win.

This washing powder is, by far, the best laundry product I have ever used!! I've tried liquids, bars, sheets/strips and powders. This gives perfect results every time. Superior cleaning and unbeatable value. First pic shows the "after" - spotless stain free teatowel, after a short cycle machine wash on warm. This washing powder has no discernible lavender scent at all. Wet or dry. Three friends were all asked to have a sniff, no one detected lavender. Disappointed especially given the wait time to receive my products this order.
