Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
We do not offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages.
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for the package.
If your order is missing or stolen after delivery, please contact Australia Post directly to file a claim.
