Directions for use
For Light Grime: Use 1 scoop (1 tablespoon) of dishwashing powder.
For Heavy, Baked-On Grime: Use 2 scoops (2 tablespoons) of dishwashing powder.
Our powder has a built-in rinse aid, so there’s no need to add anything extra. Enjoy sparkling clean dishes with every wash!

I’ve seen Hudstone recommended often in low tox and zero waste groups over the years and finally purchased beginning of the year. Initially purchased the 2kg to give us an idea of how much we go through as a family of 5 with young children that do a lot of cooking at home, and have repurchased a 4kg dishwashing powder bundle. Hardly ever have to do more than 1 scoop for a highly efficient wash. As a household that are intentional about our purchases (low tox, low waste but also highly effective), this is a great product. Have recommended to family and friends.

I recently switched from standard supermarket dishwashing tablets to a product that won’t harm my gut bacteria. Just knowing that I was using industrial chemicals for the sake of convenience felt wrong. I want to look after my family's health the best I can and my wife told me that I can’t find anything that will perform as good. I have been using the dishwasher powder for easily 2 years now. I recently decided to try another brand that was supposed to be really good, but all I got was grime and sludgy drains. I've never had that issue with Hudstone. The dishes come out clean and not smelling or tasting like chemicals and better yet, there is no grime or build up in the dishwasher. Sparkling glasses every time. This dishwashing powder removes tough stuff on dishes and bakeware and leaves glassware crystal clear. *I have set my dishwasher in the hottest temp to help with the results.
This stuff is amazing! Almost hard to believe that it works as well as it does. One significant point, is that dish drawers are only the equivalent of half a dishwasher, so only need half the amount of powder. I have a measuring spoon that is half of one tablespoon and that is what I use, split between pre-rinse and wash. No rinse aid, and the dishes come out cleaner than ever before with a minimal amount of powder. No dyes, no chemicals, no plastic packaging. What I have emptied into the bucket under the sink will last forever. Well, almost forever. I bought the scoop, but I tend to use that for my next purchase, which will be the washing powder 😊
